Participants in Iloilo City’s ‘Paraw Regatta 2023,’ considered the oldest sailing festival in its 50th year, practice with their boat along the Arevalo Bay area. The Paraw Festival returns after a threeyear hiatus due to the Covid-19 pandemic.
