RLC Residences bags multiple wins at Fiabci PH Excellence Awards

RLC Residences and its mother company Robinsons Land Corp. (RLC) started the year strong, bagging numerous accolades including a special citation for its President and CEO Frederick D. Go.

At the recently concluded 2022 FIABCI Philippines Property and Real Estate Excellence Awards held last February 21, at Sofitel Philippines Plaza Manila, two RLC Residences properties took home distinctions in the coveted Residential High Rise category.

The Residences at The Westin Manila, a branded luxury condominium in Ortigas that offers a home with the residents’ wellness in mind, received the Gold trophy.

Meanwhile, The Sapphire Bloc, also in Ortigas, got the Silver award in recognition of its modern art-deco architecture and walkable lifestyle offering.

Both citations were received by the RLC Residences team headed by John Richard B. Sotelo, SVP and Business Unit general manager, who expressed his gratitude for these recognitions.

“It is an honor to receive these awards amongst such esteemed colleagues. Thank you to FIABCI for recognizing our projects. It is a motivation for us to do better and keep building beautiful, well-designed condominiums for the Filipino people,” said Sotelo.

Dubbed the “Oscars of Real Estate”, FIABCI Prix d’Excellence Awards recognizes real estate projects that embody excellence in all disciplines involved in their creation.

Projects submitted annually are judged based on their architecture and design, development and construction, community benefits, environmental impact, and financial and marketing success.

Here in the country, the Property and Real Estate Awards is held annually led by the FIABCI Philippine chapter composed of veterans and experts in the industry.
